Return & Refund Policy
DIGIFUTURA PTE. LTD follows some rules and regulations for return and refund, so customers are requested to update the details of return and refund policies from our website. The company is providing 100% quality assured products so that the refund is only for genuine reasons. Kindly go through all procedures related to return and refund for your awareness and indicate the reason for your return in a short note.
We accept the returns:
• Your items must be in the same condition that you received.
• The product should be in unused, unworn and with the original packaging.
• If the customer received not an ordered item.
• Attach the proof of purchase with the returned product.
• Dead on arrival, the damaged product during shipping.
We do not accept the return and refund:
• The customer hasn't informed the company immediately after the defect is noticed.
• If the damages happened from customers' end.
• Certain types of items cannot be returned.
• If the customers are not willing to pay delivery charges.
• If the incorrect details are given like address, phone number etc. Despite all the above cases, customers can contact us through email or contact number. We will rectify the issues for all genuine reasons. Please inspect all the products you have received, and if any damages happened from the company's end, we will evaluate the issue and make it right. If the customer requested return, raise a request, and once the request is accepted, please make a new order for the item. If the customer requested for a refund, we would inspect the return, and meanwhile, we will inform it is approved or not. The company will take some time for the refund process, and we will make a refund on your original payment method. If any delay happens from the payment service providers, the company will not be responsible. The refund and return are guaranteed for the eligible customers who are given the correct address for the ordered item.
